Chris was born and raised in South Jersey and began his career in real estate on the lending side of the industry as a loan officer. Since entering the industry, he was eager to become a licensed real estate agent. When making the move to Pennsylvania, he used the move, along with the knowledge gained as a loan officer, as a catalyst to obtain his license, and hasn't looked back since. Whether you're a first-time client, recurring client, or referral, Chris takes pride in building a relationship with his clients first and foremost. This approach allows Chris to best identify the client's motivation, needs, and wants in order to provide a course of action specific to their real estate goals. Chris has been with the team for 5 years, primarily operates in Montgomery, Philadelphia, Bucks, and Delaware Counties, and maintains a keen knowledge of the real estate market in these and surrounding areas.
