About
In the real estate business since 2006, I've figured out what works and what doesn't when it comes to home buying and selling. I worked as an independent agent for 6 years before joining the Butera Group in 2012. The great part about being on a team is that when you work with me you get the support of the entire team!
As a Realtor, I listen carefully to my client's specific wants and needs and guide them accordingly toward home ownership and/or selling their home. Whether this is your first or fifth time buying or selling, I'll give you as much or as little guidance as you desire. I am 100% dedicated to my clients' satisfaction and put a lot of time and effort into not only finding just the right home for my buyers, but also making the whole buying process as smooth and flawless as possible, and guiding sellers in the selling process at their own pace.
Here’s a little bit about myself….
I grew up in a close knit Philadelphia neighborhood called Overbrook Park, creating beautiful memories that I will always and forever treasure. As a kid I loved arts and crafts, gymnastics and played high school softball. I was also on the neighborhood summer softball league...my team was called The Stingrays :) After graduation, I went to the Art Institute of Philadelphia and became a graphic designer, a field I was in for 15 years. Towards the end of my career I began to feel isolated and unchallenged. The position required spending everyday in front of a computer with no contact whatsoever with the outside world. While searching for a home for myself during that time, I started grilling my real estate agent, asking him if he enjoyed his job and what I would need to do if I decided to become a Realtor. I was intrigued by what he had to say and the rest is history!
So what do I love about real estate? I love helping people and seeing them accomplish their dreams. Seeing my client finally move into their new home gives me tremendous joy. I’m motivated by people putting their trust in me to educate them during the buying process, allowing me to advocate on their behalf, and also holding their hand when necessary. I’ve become good at meeting people where they are, and learning how to listen and deliver on their needs.
Contrary to what many people believe, buying a home or selling your home doesn't have to be a painful experience. When done with tender loving care and putting my best foot forward, it can be a fun and enjoyable process! By always practicing real estate ethically and honestly and going above and beyond the call of duty, every transaction can be a successful, positive experience!
My mission is to continue improving my skills and provide the highest level of service possible to help people buy and sell in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs.
