About
Mary Beth Driscoll is a full-time Realtor with Keller Williams Real Estate in Blue Bell, PA. For 19 years she has worked with buyers, sellers, investors and estates leading them through the process that can sometimes be fraught with challenges. In today’s world of on-line access to information, searching for or marketing a home is not the difficult part – the biggest challenges are in the negotiation process and getting through home inspections, municipal requirements, disclosure forms and settlement details. This is where Mary Beth excels. And then there is Mary Beth’s understanding of the market; what listing price results in the highest selling price, how long days on market reduce buyer interest, or when to waive inspections and when not. Experience allows Mary Beth to guide buyers and sellers through these mine fields in today’s complex market.
Mary Beth came to the real estate industry from the corporate world where, as the National Travel Manager for Aramark, she negotiated with international travel companies, airlines and hotel chains. She worked with numerous CEOs from major companies as the manager of Aramark’s Board of Directors. As a Realtor, Mary Beth brings that experience to the sales process. Because she works within a large office, she has numerous resources readily available to her. Mary Beth is a leader in that world, being named the past 2 years to the Agent Leadership Council, providing leadership to other agents and advice to company ownership. And in 2022 at a meeting of Keller Williams agents in Austin, Texas, Mary Beth was named as one of 50 Cultural Ambassadors for the company out of 280,000 agents worldwide. She is the best of the best in a crowded field of companies, agents and online options.
A lifelong resident of Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties, a graduate and former Board Member of Bishop McDevitt High School, Mary Beth’s ties to the community are long and deep. She’s raised millions for the American Cancer Society, served on the Board of the Montgomery County Commission on Women and Families, the Board of the Fort Washington Historical Society, is a supporter of and volunteer with the Willow Grove Baptist Church Food Pantry, a supporter of the Mattie N. Dixon Community Cupboard in Ambler, and is a contributor to KW Cares, by donating a portion of each commission to help KW associates and their families during times of emergency and hardship. Mary Beth is an ardent and loyal supporter of communities.
Educated at the Katharine Gibbs School with additional courses at Temple and LaSalle Universities, continuing education has been a priority her whole life resulting in the letters you see after her name: ABR – Accredited Buyer’s Representative; SFR – Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource; and SRES – Seniors Real Estate Specialist.
Mary Beth Driscoll is an award-winning Realtor and a leader who is skilled, experienced, knowledgeable, and connected. She stands ready to serve as your advocate, your personal representative through a successful and satisfying real estate process, and the local expert for all things real estate.
